I chose Mrs. Olga Shvetsova in 2022 immediately since being enrolled in KOREATECH university as Master student of Industrial Management Department. For sure, there are many grate professors that can help you to graduate with diploma, but the first moment I contacted professor Olga, she welcomed me with her warm professional spirit so I wouldn’t hesitate to write down her as my adviser for the graduation paper all Master’s should handle in the end of educational journey.

As my intuition expected, Mrs. Olga working fast, with great enthusiasm, carrying her great baggage of professional knowledge and willing to share it along with the students she teaches or work with on different projects. Since we met, we have already done a great job together on two research articles for SCOPUS and Management journal and organized a movement for a local educational patent. She is always full of interesting ideas and she implements them during the classes that I also strongly recommend to attend, because you will learn not only about the topic, but also will have a chance immediately to test this new knowledge during the practical part of a lesson. She also introduces a lot of real cases simulations which have dynamized our student exchanges, and many of those could be really useful at a real job place.

Once again, since we first met, professor Olga was able to establish a very helpful, pleasant and professional relationship with me. That’s why I do strongly believe her proficiency and wish everyone to have such adviser as she is.

Prof. Olga’s way of communication with students is based on kindness and high level of attention to students’ needs and their particularities. In addition, the professor uses different types of interactions with the audience through virtual and augmented reality. I love friendly atmosphere in class that is created by professor Olga. It helps to understand the topics of the lessons more and feel like a part of a team. Мoreover, Prof. Olga is a sweetheart person and helps students outside the class alot wit support, advice and motivation for further achievements. 
For my exchange year we conducted two researches together and even already published МDPI article, that's awesome. I feel how much knowledge I have reaped while attending Olga's classes and working on articles. It's extremely valuable experience and clear contribution by Professor Olga.
